Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 9–12 days from the order date.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.
Every order is covered by the Fortem Fit & Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
For sizing issues, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer standard returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference-based reasons.
