How long does shipping take?

All Fortem products are made to order.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 9–12 days from the order date, but timing can vary depending on production volume, carrier routing, weather, holidays, and destination.

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Some orders may ship in separate packages. If that happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Every order is covered by the Fortem Fit & Quality Guarantee.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For sizing issues, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Because Fortem products are made to order, we do not offer standard returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference-based returns. Size issues are handled through our one-time size exchange policy.

To start a return or exchange, email support@fortemapparel.com with your order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

What sizes do you offer?

Fortem apparel uses a modern unisex fit. Tee product pages include a size chart to help you choose the right fit.

Most tees fit true to size for most customers, with an athletic feel through the shoulders and chest. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Fortem currently ships within the United States only. We may expand international shipping in the future, but for now we are focused on providing the best possible experience for U.S. customers.
