Shipping

All Fortem products are made to order.

Production & Delivery Timing

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 9–12 days from the order date.

Delivery times may vary depending on production volume, carrier routing, weather, holidays, and destination.

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Some orders may ship in separate packages. If that happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking information.

U.S. Shipping Only

Fortem currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Fortem Fit & Quality Guarantee

Every Fortem order is covered by our Fit & Quality Guarantee.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For sizing issues, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Because each Fortem item is printed on demand, we do not offer standard returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference-based reasons.

Size issues are not handled as standard returns. They are handled through our one-time size exchange policy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@fortemapparel.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for your request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Important Notes

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition for size exchanges.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a Fortem, fulfillment, or production error.

Fortem reserves the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not meet the policy above.
