Photo Submission Terms

1. Voluntary participation

Fortem Apparel LLC invites adults age 18 or older to share original photographs showing Fortem apparel. Submitting a photograph is voluntary and does not require a new purchase. Do not submit photographs of minors.

2. Rights and permission

By submitting photographs and affirmatively checking the separate Photo & Marketing Use Authorization checkbox, you confirm that you own or have the rights needed to submit the photographs and grant the permission below. You also confirm that every identifiable person shown is at least 18 years old and has agreed to the described uses. Do not submit images containing third-party intellectual property you do not have permission to use.

3. Fortem's permitted uses

When you affirmatively authorize use, you grant Fortem Apparel LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, crop, resize, make reasonable edits to, publish, and display the submitted photographs and any accompanying story for Fortem marketing, including the Fortem website, product pages, email, organic social channels, and paid digital advertising. You retain ownership of your photographs. Fortem will not materially misrepresent what you said or depict you as endorsing claims you did not make.

4. Photo submission thank-you offer

Under the advertised 10% photo-submission thank-you program, a qualifying submission will receive a single-use code for 10% off a future eligible Fortem purchase after review. To qualify, the submitted image must be an original, genuine photograph showing Fortem apparel, with all necessary rights and the required affirmative authorization. The photo does not need to be selected for publication to qualify. Limit one reward per person. The code is not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with another discount, and is applied to eligible merchandise rather than taxes or shipping. Fortem may decline duplicate, fraudulent, stock, or rights-infringing submissions. Qualifying submissions are rewarded without regard to whether any accompanying feedback is positive. The reward code is sent to the email address provided in the form following review. No separate prize drawing or contest is currently offered.

5. Selection, attribution and disclosure

Submitting a photograph does not guarantee publication. Except for the expressly stated submission thank-you offer, no further compensation is promised for publication or use. Fortem may display a photograph without identifying the contributor, or may separately request permission to use a first name or social handle. Fortem will disclose any material incentive connection where required when using a customer photograph or testimonial in advertising.

6. Questions and removal requests

To request that Fortem cease future use of your photograph, contact support@fortemapparel.com with information identifying your submission. Fortem will review reasonable requests and remove or stop future uses under its control where feasible. Previous emails, already-distributed materials, archival copies and unaffiliated third-party reposts may not be fully retractable.

7. Personal information

Fortem and its Shopify-compatible form provider process the email address, photographs, any optional story and the recorded authorization for submission review, contact, reward fulfillment, recordkeeping and potential publication. Photo-use authorization is not the same as consent to receive marketing emails; submitting a photo does not by itself subscribe you to Fortem's promotional email program.
